1. Processing and Shipping Policy
Handover Timeline: All confirmed orders will be processed and handed over to the designated courier service within 7 working days.
Delivery Duration: The actual delivery time depends on the customer’s geographical location and the operational efficiency of the third-party courier companies. Golden Feather is not liable for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, political unrest).
Charges: All delivery charges and Cash on Delivery (COD) service fees must be borne by the customer unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion.
2. Payment Policy
International Orders: For all orders outside of Bangladesh, 100% advance payment (including shipping costs) is mandatory before the order is processed.
Domestic Orders (Bangladesh): For orders within Bangladesh, the delivery charge must be paid in advance via our authorized payment channels to confirm the order. The remaining product value can be paid via Cash on Delivery (COD) or advance payment.
3. Order Cancellations and Returns
Orders can only be canceled before they are handed over to the courier.
Due to the nature of organic feather products and hygiene standards, returns are only accepted if the product is found to be damaged or significantly different from the description at the time of delivery in the presence of the courier representative.
4. Product Representation
While we strive for 100% accuracy, the weight and loft of natural feather products may vary slightly due to atmospheric conditions.
All scientific claims regarding sterilization (120°C) and Oxygen Number are backed by UCF Laboratory reports.
5. Limitation of Liability
Golden Feather and its founder shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this website or products. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, technology descriptions, and scientific data published on this website are the intellectual property of Md. Abdur Rahim Shohag (Founder & CEO) and Golden Feather. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Bangladesh for the resolution of any disputes.
